Happy Holidays!!!

The holidays are quickly approaching and what does every woman need in her closet a LBD...yes that's right! The Little Black Dress...I decided I needed a LONG Black Dress. This dress would be perfect for a holiday party or for a date. When this pattern landed on my sewing table,  I could not wait to make this little number. It fits amazingly and was a very easy sew. Pattern Review: Simplicity 8045 Women’s Knit Dress in 2 lengths

Did it look like the photo on the pattern envelope once you were done: Yes

Were the instructions easy to follow: The easiest I’ve come across in a very long time.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern: I loved how quick it was to sew up and how flattering it is on my body

Fabric Used: a textured black ponte

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I pretty much kept every thing the same except I didn’t add the elastic for the rucshing

Would you sew it again:  Yes I would…I can’t wait to make the shorter length and more longer versions.
